Wednesday morning I took C to the pediatrician to talk about her hearing test results. The doc looked in her ears and sure enough she has an ear infection in her left ear. She is now on antibiotics and by the sound of things today totally back to normal ;)
The doc wants to take a conservative approach to the fluid in her ears and put her on a high powered anti-histamine for a month to hopefully get her back on track. We go see the doc again on Feb 6th and then have her speech evaluation appointment with Mesa Public Schools on Feb 8th. I am sure we will be seeing the audiologist again sometime in February as well.
I just want my little girl to be healthy and happy!

I know just how hard this can be. Prayers to you.
My Annie has permanent damage from fluid in her ears. It makes me so sad to know that some things she will never hear.
