A and C are getting big enough now that they can knock down the pressure mounted gates we have put up. Especially the one I have blocking the back hallway to the bedrooms and office.
The other night they knocked down the gate while I was reading a few of the blogs I visit. To be honest I heard them running around but did not think they could get into too much trouble. Big Mistake. They have been sick all week with colds and I have been administering breathing treatments. I was so tired and needed some personal down time I just let them run amok.
I finally went in search of them and learned that they had grabbed a pair of scissors and A had cut her hair. I was SOOOO lucky that she did not chop clumps of hair off! She took it off the top, you can hardly tell where she cut it. For whatever reason C did not chop hers, actually she probably was the stylist! Maybe, I should not bring the girls with me when I get my hair cut. Something to ponder....
I am going to be much more careful with them these days. Will I survive being a mom? Will they survive to adulthood? just kidding!
