I heard about this concept on a scrapping board I practically live at. I am really no good at resolutions...I break them as I am thinking about them...but I think having one word to define my year is a cool idea.

I am still pondering my word...I am thinking obedience or discipline would be good. I don't want it to have a negative conotation though. I have such a rebellious nature too.

I always pick a word or two. This year for me I am continuing with last years word of simplify and adding focus. :)
To me it is more of a life refocus than arbitrary goals.
