Sunday afternoon, our "unofficial" neighborhood association put on an Easter Egg Hunt for the children in our housing developement.
This was the 2nd time we have taken the girls. It is a good chance to meet more of the neighbors in the area.
We had a hotdog lunch, with chips, potato salad and drinks. Then the egg hunts began. They cordoned off an area in our local park and spread out the eggs for the kids to pick up. In the 4 and under category they were allowed to pick up 24 eggs each!
The girls really were into it this year and had a blast picking up the eggs. They then turn them in and if they get a specially marked egg they win a prize. Luckily, both girls did get a prize. Camryn picked out a stuffed pink dog, and Adrienne got a stuffed white bunny.
