Traditional Layout

I really wanted this page to have a feminine feel. So I stamped a random flower pattern on the solid green paper with versamark ink. It is a clear ink and when it dries it makes the image a shade darker than the original paper. Pretty cool. Got this from Stamping Up! before the girls were born...never did use it until I made this page...and it was not dried up. I guess paying more for some supplies is worth it.

The title saying on this page is: To our children we give two things: One is roots, the other is wings.

I felt like I needed something else on the page. I saw the tree stickers at Michael's Crafts for $2.99. I was not going to pay that much for 1 sticker. I was wandering through Wal-Mart and found the same batch of stickers for .99. I know I dislike Wally World but at times it does save me $$.

I will continue to update with pictures of my pages this year as I make them. I am now currently working on a timeline of my life...just need more time in my life to work on it ha ha!

PS...I did a really quick edit on the picture to take the most personal information off. The actual page does not have the white yucky marks. I just can't show that information on the www.
