What to do?

I called my gym today....and they are closed! They are in the process of changing ownership and need to get liability insurance.

At this point there is not much I can do...I really need to work out. I have only had the membership for a month and a half. They sure did not let on that they were having financial problems when I signed up the end of July. The proverbial s**t hit the fan in August. Many of the trainers, massage therapists and teachers had not been paid since the end of July. In fact, in the middle of August almost everyone walked out on their jobs. I found out later that even the director of the gym quit.

I hope they can get their act together or I am going to have to find some way to get my money back.
