Updated me

I got my hair done for my birthday. I told Luis all I wanted was a cut and to get the gray out! OUT! OUT! OUT! I think I succeeded. I got all over color and then blonde highlights. Ooh la la

The girls went to my friend L's for the morning. We have been trading off taking care of each other's kids so we can have a morning to ourselves. So I went to the salon at 9:00 am and did not get out until noon. I had to pick the girls up at 12:30pm. I wanted more time....why did the salon have to take sooooo long? I had to grab my lunch and eat it at home.

According to L the girls played really well with her daughter. However, on the way home Camryn was totally whiny and crying for no apparent reason that I could get out of her. They started to watch Fievel (actually American Tale) their current favorite but they were so clingy. Maybe, they missed me this morning....I have no clue but the rest of the day was miserable for all of us. They went in for their quiet time (aka nap) crying and woke up crying. All they wanted was to sit in my lap all afternoon. Of course I had other things I needed to accomplish as well. I put them to bed at 7:15. I needed the break. I hope tomorrow goes better. We have the Krispy Kreme tour in the morning and then lunch at the mall afterwards with our playgroup.
