Arizona Science Center

Yesterday, I went with Dee and kids to go to the AZ Science Center to see the Sesame Street Exhibit.

We had alot of fun. Before we went to SS we sat through a show in the planetarium. Adrienne and Camryn both sat on my lap with their heads on my shoulders. They would occasionally peek to see what was happening on the ceiling. The room got pretty dark so they could not get down and roam around. I don't think they had ever been in a room this dark before. So they sat through a 35 minute presentation and my arms almost fell asleep holding them.

After the planetarium we took an elevator to the 3rd floor to see Sesame Street presents the Body. It was really cute and well set up. I let the girls wander around without the stroller. They really had fun in the obstacle course that was set up. I had to do tons of coaxing to get them out. Adriene and Camryn met a little girl named Maggie who was a couple months younger than them and they were all three having a great time.

The last thing they really liked was Mr. Hooper's store. There were little shopping carts and tons of groceries to take from the shelves and bring to the counter and purchase. They really enjoyed taking all the boxes and fruits off the shelves. Dee's older girls had just as much fun putting all the stuff back. Thank heavens, I really did not want to have to clean up! ha ha
